Repo companies and fleet managers employ GPS-enabled ignition kill switches which can, with a few taps on a phone or laptop, stop cars cold.
Commercial versions of these switches are available on E-Bay. The cost? $150 or so.
Dare I ask: aren’t our Humvees and Black Hawks and other military vehicles equipped with something similar?
