Enshrining the Scourge of Systemic Racism

Today (June 29, 2023), the U.S. Supreme Court released its opinion in Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. vs President and Fellows of Harvard College. It strikes down the use of race-based criteria in the admissions practices of colleges and universitiess.

I believe that the decision effectively establishes systemic racism as a pillar of public policy. 

We shall come to regret it.
